Colossians 1:12-14 reveals 2 gratitude-sparking truths for us, as Believers: 1) We are free from darkness and 2) we are heirs of light.

Most of us have some idea of what we think we deserve in life… because of good behavior, hard work, or just how we stack up to others.

But the intertwined stories of Jesus and Barabbas declare: we can be really glad God doesn’t give us what we deserve.
